Expectations for Blown Glass Art:

  • Each piece of blown glass art is meticulously handcrafted, resulting in unique variations in color, shape, and texture.

  • Due to the nature of the glassblowing process, small imperfections such as bubbles, slight asymmetries, or minor variations in size are inherent and contribute to the charm and authenticity of the artwork.

  • The vibrant colors and intricate patterns in blown glass art may appear differently under various lighting conditions, enhancing the dynamic nature of the piece.

Acceptable Reasons for Return or Refund:

  • Damage During Shipping: If your blown glass art arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Defective Product: In the rare event that your blown glass art exhibits significant defects that affect its structural integrity or overall aesthetic appeal, we will gladly accept returns for an exchange or refund.

Non-Acceptable Reasons for Return or Refund:

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
